According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute for the third quarter of 2024, tourism revenues rose by 3.9% year-over-year, reaching approximately $24 billion. The number of visitors also grew by 3.5%, totaling 23,206,579, with 14.7% of this figure coming from Turkish citizens living abroad.
